Get to Know TVG
TVG, established in 2010, is an urban planning and professional services consulting firm with its CEO and Principal Manager having 22 years of comprehensive experience in governmental structures, public affairs, community engagement, and legislation and policy development, as well as extensive involvement with planning and economic development initiatives throughout Louisiana. The qualifications TVG possesses in areas coinciding with the requirements of this proposal are extensive experience in public outreach and facilitation in governmentally associated projects, community and contract management of zoning and land use projects, and other professional services, including project management administrative services and quality assurance/quality control. As a consulting firm, with a large segment of its business being a private industry, executed contractual agreements are customary "as-needed" and "on-call" that are based on each client's service needs. TVG's time management protocols allow us to respond and deliver on time to our clients' requirements.
MEET OUR PRINCPALS
TVG principal members are Corinne Villavaso and Odile DuConge‐Ramsay offers over 60 years of combined experience. Collectively Corinne and Odile have all-embracing experience in the field of master planning, network engineering, equity research, community engagement, meeting facilitation, survey implementation, data collection, effective communication methods, and technical report preparation for policy development and implementation.

Corinne M. Villavaso
Corinne has over 20 years of leadership experience in public and private sector economic development planning, comprehensive planning, and urban design in New Orleans. In addition, she is an expert in community outreach and stakeholder facilitation and has a solid reputation for building partnerships between New Orleans policymakers and the community. Her professional experience also provides an in-depth understanding of current challenges and opportunities within the New Orleans business community and the most effective strategies to develop and implement strategic economic initiatives.
Corinne is a qualified expert in master planning, zoning, and permitting; her expert written and verbal opinions are admissible in court.
Lead Data Analyst and Network Engineer
Odile DuConge-Ramsay
Odile has over 40 years of experience planning, implementing, analyzing, budgeting, and restoring telecommunications networks in the City of New Orleans and it is metro areas. Most recently, she has four years of experience as a data and information researcher, analyst, and technical report writer for TVG. As a result, Odile has extensive knowledge of concepts, development, and functionality of communications networks, commercial project planning, project management, and project budgets.
Odile also has experience in developing comprehensive growth trend forecasting based on geography, demographics, and usage patterns.
